  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Refunds are only applicable if you request a refund within 7 days of the first class.
    • Refunds are not granted for classes that have already been attended or if more than 7 days have passed since the first lesson.
  2. Partial Refunds:
    • If you attend some of the classes but decide to discontinue, a partial refund may be considered based on the number of unused classes.
  3. Cancellation of Classes:
    • If Offitalk cancels a class or fails to provide a tutor for a scheduled lesson, you are eligible for a full refund for that specific class.
  4. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, please contact us via email at support@offitalk.com with your account details and reason for the refund. Our team will process your request within 5-7 business days.
  5. Non-Refundable Fees:
    • Registration fees, materials, and any additional services provided outside of regular lessons are non-refundable.
